Time Saving Tofu Hacks

Many people assume that making tofu has to be a laborious, time consuming activity that requires the patience of a Buddhist monk. After making dozens of blocks of tofu while working a full time job, I am living proof that this is not the case.

In this video, I explain the ways in which you can 'phase' tofu making to fit around your life. You can be half-way to a block of fresh tofu before you've even left for work in the morning.

  • Glucono Delta Lactone

  • fresh lemon juice.
